DEZ3 Specialty Contracting, Inc. is based in Omaha, Nebraska. Our focuses include air barriers, waterproofing, and joint sealants on commercial projects.

We pride ourselves on being: 

Family-owned 

DEZ3 is owned by Rachel and Ty Valdez. We are a family-owned business, and we operate accordingly. We have been working with our crew collectively for over thirteen years, and we came together under DEZ3 with the intention of being team-focused, collaborative, and reliable. 

Ty is the go-to guy. He works directly with general contractors, sending bids, managing projects, and overseeing on-site completion. He has worked in specialty contracting for over sixteen years and loves what he does.

Rachel is the behind-the-scenes gal. In her spare time between caring for her family and acting as Sales Partner for The Creative J - Geiger, a promotional products marketing company, she handles all office duties for DEZ3, including invoicing, accounting, and marketing.

Keaton, a senior at Millard West High School, has taken an active role in learning how the business functions. When he’s not busy with school or football practice, he assists with special projects and business tasks.
