DEZ3 Specialty Contracting, Inc. is a family-owned specialty contractor based in Omaha, Nebraska, focused on commercial air barriers, waterproofing, and joint sealants. We partner with general contractors to deliver dependable, high-quality building envelope solutions that protect structures from the elements and stand the test of time.

DEZ3 is owned and operated by Rachel and Ty Valdez. While our name is new, our team is not. We’ve worked collectively with our core crew for over thirteen years, formally coming together under DEZ3 with a shared vision: to build a company rooted in teamwork, collaboration, accountability, and reliability.

Ty leads operations and is the primary point of contact for our general contractor partners. With more than sixteen years in specialty contracting, he oversees estimating, project management, and on-site execution — ensuring every project meets our standards for quality and efficiency.

Rachel manages the business operations behind the scenes, including accounting, invoicing, and marketing. She also serves as a Sales Partner with The Creative J – Geiger, bringing a strategic and relationship-focused mindset to DEZ3’s growth and partnerships.

As a family, Rachel and Ty value hard work, integrity, and long-term relationships — principles that guide both their business and personal lives.
